Payment
PayPal payments are accepted. (you can also pay by credit card through PayPal). Please be sure your PayPal account reflects your accurate shipping address. I can not be held responsible for incorrect addresses given. Your package will be shipped once payment is confirmed. The item will be re-listed within 7 days of your order if payment is not received.
FREE Shipping
Items are shipped via the United States Postal Service, First Class Mail within 3-5 business days from when I receive your payment.
Insurance
Insurance and Express Mail shipping are available upon request for an additional fee. If you want to expedite or insure your shipment please contact me immediately via phone (908) 392-4197 or via e-mail at lesleydesigns.com@gmail and I will send you an updated PayPal invoice.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns within 30 days on items that were not as described, arrive broken, or if there has been a problem with workmanship. As a conscientious seller I certainly would never do this intentionally. The buyer must pay return shipping, which I will reimburse.
Packaging
I am very grateful for every purchase, so all items are packaged with care and labeled. If you need to return an item for any reason please use the original packaging.
